铂基合金作为功能材料使用已经较为广泛,研究表明加入稀土元素可以有效改善铂基合金的性能。综述了铂基合金在稀土微合金化和细化作用下,合金材料强度、高温稳定性以及电学性能的变化。介绍了微合金化带来的固溶强化、沉淀强化和弥散强化机制,及稀土细化合金组织作用机理。总结了引入稀土后铂基合金材料性能变化规律,为铂基合金新材料的研究开发及应用提供参考。 |

Platinum-based alloys have been widely used as functional materials. Studies showed that the addition of rare earth elements can effectively improve the performance of platinum-based alloys. The changes of strength, high-temperature stability and electrical properties of platinum-based alloys under rare earth micro-alloying and refining were reviewed herein. The solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening and dispersion strengthening mechanism and the refinement mechanism brought by micro-alloying were introduced. The properties of platinum-based alloys after the introduction of rare earths were summarized. It provides a reference for the research and development and application of new platinum-based alloy materials. |
