      采用加压碱熔法处理Al2O3为基体的异构化含铂失效催化剂,当原料中含有SiO2时,载体溶解率降低,富集率低。通过单因素实验研究加压碱溶过程各因素的影响,得到的适宜实验条件为:对SiO2含量为20%的催化剂,将氢氧化钠用量降低至催化剂量的100%,甲酸钠加入量为2%,反应温度170 ℃,保温时间2.5 h,液固比5:1。载体溶解率从改进前的81.9%提升至94.9%,提高了富集效率。

      The pressurized alkali dissolution method was used to treat the platinum-containing isomerization catalyst with alumina as the support. When the raw material contained some silica, the dissolution rate of the carrier decreased, resulting in low efficiency of the enrichment. The single-factor experiments were conducted to study the influence of various factors in the pressure-assisted alkali dissolution process. The suitable experimental conditions were obtained. For the catalyst with a silica content of 20%, the amount of sodium hydroxide should be reduced to 100% of the catalyst dosage and the best addition amount of sodium formate is 2%, and the liquid-solid ratio is preferably set at 5:1. When the dissolution was carried out at 170 ℃ for 2.5 h under above conditions, about 94.9% of platinum could be dissolved from the carrier, a higher dissolution rate than 81.9% obtained by using the previous dissolution method.
