The uncertainty for potentiometric titration of gold in AuBe1, AuNi9, AuAgCu35-5, PdAgCu- AuPtZn30-14-10-10-1 alloys using ferrous sulfate was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty in the process of determination of gold contents were analyzed, and the mathematical model was established also. The components of standard uncertainty, combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. Results indicated that the expanded uncertainties are 0.02%, 0.14%, 0.22% and 0.24% for gold contents of 9.99%, 60.16%, 90.85% and 98.93% in alloy samples, respectively. |
