A series of catalysts Pt/CeO2-TiO2-Al2O3 were prepared by impregnation method using the supports which have large surface area. Through changing the pH of Pt loading process, the soot elimination performance under NO atmosphere was also studied carefully. The results showed that the lower pH of Pt loading process, the catalysts possess greater Pt particle size, larger amount of chemisorbed surface active oxygen species (O2-, O-) and better activity. Combining the results of in-situ DRIFT and catalytic activity, it is concluded that bidentate nitrates and adsorbed NO2 are the active intermediate species. Different concentrations of H2O and SO2 resistant test were carried out on the P3 catalyst, it is found that the performance changed little before and after poisoning, which implies that the stability of catalyst is good. |
