A method for the simultaneous determination of 15 impurity elements in gold nickel alloy, such as aluminum, bismuth, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, lead, antimony, tin, titanium and zinc, was established by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum (ICP-AES). The influence of gold and nickel in the matrix was corrected by background subtraction. The detection limit of this method is 0.00036~0.036 μg/mL, and the detection range is 0.001% ~0.1%. The recovery was 89.1% ~108.3%, and the RSD was 0.79% ~3.54%. The method can meet the requirements of practical sample analysis. |
