      高纯金广泛应用于电子工业等领域,且需求量越来越大。基于对30篇近期文献的分析,综述了高纯金制备技术研究现状,并对主要制备技术存在的优缺点进行了评述。电解法、化学还原法、溶剂萃取法都在相关企业得到了生产应用,但在产品纯度稳定性、原料适应性、生产周期、环境污染等方面存在着不同程度的问题。随着电子工业技术的不断迭代升级,未来对于金纯度要求将会越来越高。因此,还需要进一步研发高纯金的制备技术,研制出更高纯度的高纯金产品。
英文摘要:
      High purity gold is widely used in electronic industry and other fields, and the demand is increasing. Based on the analysis of 30 recent literatures, the preparation technologies of high purity gold were summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed. The electrolysis, chemical reduction and solvent extraction methods have been applied in the related enterprises, but there are different degrees of problems in product purity and stability, raw material adaptability, production period and environmental pollution issues. The requirement of gold purity will be higher and higher with the continuous iterative upgrading of electronic industrial technology in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to further develop the preparation technology of high pure gold and prepare high pure gold products with higher purity.
