Copper anode slime is an important resource for valuable metals, and the benefication- metallurgy is a conventional recovery process. The dispersions of various precious metals during the recovery process play a guiding role for the subsequent improvement on the process. Based on the relevant data from the recovery process of 4000 tons of copper anode slime, the distribution and dispersion profiles of precious metals during the recovery process were investigated. These metals include gold, silver, selenium, tellurium, lead, antimony, bismuth, copper, and etc. The results show that the largest dispersion points of gold, silver, selenium, and tellurium are all in the flotation tailings, accounting for 67%, 37%, 34%, and 58% of the total dispersion, respectively, and the flotation tailings were determined as a key control object. Based on the statistical analysis, some suggestion has been made in this paper for improving the recovery rates of gold, silver, selenium and tellurium, as well as the recovery of lead, antimony, bismuth, and copper. |
