研究了应变速率和温度对Ir-W-Th合金力学性能的影响,表征分析不同应变速率和温度下拉伸断裂的铱合金断口形貌。结果表明:铱合金在低应变速率(2.5×10-3 s-1)下,当试验温度从25 ℃升高到1600 ℃时,抗拉强度从386.27 MPa降低到127.47 MPa,延伸率从4.20%升高到40.00%;随着温度升高,断裂方式由混合模式(穿晶断裂、沿晶断裂)转变为韧性穿晶断裂。在600 ℃、应变率为800 s-1时铱合金只发生变形,不会发生拉伸断裂。当温度25~910 ℃范围内,1200 s-1速率拉伸下,随着温度升高,抗拉强度逐渐降低,与低应变速率抗拉强度相比,高应变速率下抗拉强度提升超过1.1倍,断裂方式为沿晶断裂和穿晶断裂,随着温度升高铱合金塑性增加,说明铱合金具有应变率敏感性。 |

The effects of strain rate and temperature on the mechanical properties of Ir-W-Th alloy were studied. The fracture morphology of the alloy was characterized at different strain rates and temperatures. The results show that when the test temperature rises from 25 ℃ to 1600 ℃ at a low strain rate of 2.5×10-3 s-1 the tensile strength drops from 386.27 MPa to 127.47 MPa while the elongation increases from 4.20% to 40.00%. With the increase of temperature, the fracture mode changes from a mixed mode (transgranular fracture, intergranular fracture) to ductile transgranular fracture. At 600 ℃ and a strain rate of 800 s-1, iridium alloy only deforms without tensile fracture. And at 1200 s-1 rate the tensile strength gradually decreases with the temperature going up from 25 ℃ to 910 ℃. The tensile strength at a high strain rate increases by more than 1.1 times, compared with that at a low strain rate. The fracture mode invovles intergranular fracture and transgranular fracture. The plasticity is enhanced by increasing the temperature, indicating that iridium alloy is sensitive to the strain rate. |
