      以失效加氢裂解催化剂为原料,利用液-固反应的核收缩模型研究硫酸-氯化钠-过氧化氢浸钯的浸出动力学,考察了液固比、搅拌转速、浸出温度、硫酸浓度、氯离子浓度对钯浸出反应速率的影响。结果表明,液固比及转速对浸出速率影响不大,废催化剂中钯的浸出主要受化学反应控制;提高反应温度、硫酸浓度、氯离子浓度均可提高钯的浸出率,并增大钯的浸出速率;采用阿伦尼乌斯公式求出反应活化能为44.8 kJ.mol-1,3个动力学参数的拟合曲线的相关系数均在0.99以上,氢离子、氯离子反应级数分别为0.89、0.67。相关动力学研究结果可为类似物料的处理提供借鉴。

      The leaching kinetics of palladium in a miture system of sulfuric acid and sodium chloride and hydrogen peroxide from spent hydrogenation cracking catalysts were studied by using a nuclear shrinkage model of liquid-solid reactions. And the effects of liquid-solid ratio, stirring speed, leaching temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, and chloride ion concentration on the palladium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the liquid-solid ratio and rotational speed have little effect on the leaching rate, and the leaching of palladium from waste catalysts is mainly controlled by the chemical reactions. Increasing reaction temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, and chloride ion concentration can all accelerate the leaching of palladium. The activation energy of the reaction was calculated with the Arrhenius formula to be 44.8 kJ.mol-1. The correlation coefficients of the fitted curves for the three kinetic parameters were all above 0.99, and the reaction orders for hydrogen and chloride ions were 0.89 and 0.67, respectively. These kinetic results can provide a reference for the treatment of similar waste materials.
