      氯酸钾浸出金是处理卡林型难处理金矿潜在的技术手段。在氯酸钾浸金体系中分别对载金硫化矿物(砷黄铁矿、黄铁矿)、金精矿3种矿物,采用电化学工作站,用矿糊电极法测试Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS),得到优化的浸出条件并进行浸出实验验证。结果表明,在KClO3浸金体系中,上述矿糊电极的腐蚀反应主要受电荷转移控制;在相同的浸出体系下砷黄铁矿的氧化解离要优于黄铁矿;在KClO3浓度为0.35 mol/L、温度为35 ℃、液固比为8:1、初始pH=12的条件下,金平均浸出率87.66%。电化学方法可为优化浸出条件提供支持。
英文摘要:
      The chlorate leaching of gold is a potential technical approach for processing Carlin-type refractory gold ores. In the chlorate gold leaching system, electrochemical workstation was employed to test Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) using mineral paste electrodes for three mineral types: gold-bearing sulfide minerals (arsenopyrite and pyrite) and gold concentrate. Optimized leaching conditions were determined and validated through leaching experiments. Results indicate that in the KClO3 gold leaching system: The corrosion reaction of these mineral paste electrodes is primarily controlled by charge transfer; Arsenopyrite demonstrates superior oxidative dissociation compared to pyrite under identical leaching conditions; Under optimized parameters (0.35 mol/L KClO3 concentration, 35℃ temperature, 8:1 liquid-solid ratio, and initial pH=12), an average gold leaching rate of 87.66% was achieved. This study demonstrates that electrochemical methodologies can effectively support the optimization of leaching conditions.
