      在对旋流电解技术研究的基础上,确定了使用旋流电解技术处理银电解废液的工艺。通过银电解液除杂、提取电解银粉和深度净化3个过程后,可从银电解废液中提取出1#银粉。产品质量符合国标(GB/T 4135-2002)要求,电解后液中银离子含量可达到废水外排要求标准。
英文摘要:
      Based on vortex electrolytic technology research, identified using vortex electrolytic technology dealing with the electrolytic waste solution. Through the removing impurity for silver electrolyte, extracting silver powder and deep purification process, can extract silver powder from electrolytic waste liquid. Product quality conforms to the national standard requirements, electrolytic silver ion concentration can achieve to the requirements of the wastewater discharge standard.
