      研究了AgCuMnNiSi合金的组织、第二相构成、力学及钎焊性能。结果表明,该合金在晶界及晶内都有第二相析出,第二相主要为Ni3Si相,还有少量Ni31Sil2相,合金加工态的力学性能优于铸态。AgCuMnNiSi合金对S-06钢、QCr0.8、1Cr18Ni9Ti的润湿性、铺展性较好,通过研究该合金的熔点、填缝性能、力学性能,得到该合金的最佳钎焊温度为960±5℃。

      The structure, phases construction, mechanic and solderability of AgCuMnNiSi alloy were studied. The results showed that the second phase was precipitated on the grain boundary and grain of alloy, and the second phase were a lot of Ni3Si phase and few of Ni31Sil2 phase. The mechanic property of working state was better than the casting state. AgCuMnNiSi alloy solder were showed excellent wettability and spreading property on S-06, QCr0.8, 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloys. The appropriate brazing temperature 960±5 ℃ was obtained via the researching on the properties of melting point, filling joint performance and mechanical behavior of AgCuMnNiSi alloy.
