      采用电镀的方法在稀有金属钛、钽、铌、钼表面制备铂涂层。镀铂体系主要有碱性和酸性溶液,镀液主化合物是P盐、羟基络合物、氨(胺)络合物、氯络合物、硫酸盐等。稀有金属镀铂电极主要应用于水处理、化工、冶金、电子行业等领域。
英文摘要:
      Platinum coatings are prepared by electroplating platinum onthe surface of rare metals. Both alkaline baths and acid baths are employed as the solution system, and main salts include different water-soluble platinum complexes of ammine, hydroxide, chloride and sulfate. The platinum coatings so obtained on rare metals are applied to water disposal, chemical technology, metallurgy, electronic technology, etc.
