      对钯合金管与不锈钢法兰组件结构的氩气保护高频钎焊工艺进行了试验研究,确定了钯合金管高频感应加热钎焊的工艺参数。并对焊接接头进行了质量检测与性能测试。研究表明,采用上述工艺能够对根部出现缺陷的钯合金管组件进行修复。
英文摘要:
      The high frequency brazing of the thin-wall palladium alloy tube and the stainless steel flange under argon was studied. The suitable parameters for high frequency brazing have been obtained. And the quality inspection and the performance test of brazing joint were done. The experiment result showed the palladium alloy components which have defects can be repaired through using the obtained optimal parameters.
