      AgSnO2电接触材料应用日益广泛,生产技术日渐成熟。经过对比分析AgSnO2粉末制备方法、AgSn合金预氧化理论和工艺、AgSnO2材料加工、添加剂应用等,认为合金雾化制粉-预氧化-等静压成型-热挤压-轧制、拉拔是适合AgSnO2电接触材料产业化生产的工艺路线。

      AgSnO2 electrical contact material is becoming more and more widely used and mature manufactured. By analyzing AgSnO2 powder preparation methods, AgSn alloy prepare oxidation theory and technology, AgSnO2 material processing and application of additives, the production process of alloy atomized powder-prepare- oxidation-isostatic compaction - heat extrusion- rolling and drawing is suitable for industrialized production of AgSnO2 electrical contact materials.
