对Ag-6Cu-xZn(x=0, 1, 2)合金铸态显微组织、物相及凝固行为进行了研究,结果表明,Zn对Ag-Cu合金的二次枝晶间距有细化作用;Ag-6Cu-xZn合金主要由α相(富Ag固溶体相)和少量的β相(富Cu和Zn固溶体相)组成,β相弥散分布于二次枝晶间;Zn的添加降低了合金及第二相的熔化温度,且Zn含量越高,合金熔化温度降低趋势越大,其凝固特征是一个典型的固溶体合金的非平衡凝固过程。 |

The as-cast microstructure, chemical phase and solidification behavior of Ag-6Cu-xZn (x=0, 1, 2) alloys were investigated. The results indicate that, the Zn in Ag-Cu alloy could refine the secondary dendrite arm spacing, but its refining effect is limited. The Ag-Cu-Zn alloy is mainly composed of α phase (silver-rich phase) and little β phase ((copper, zinc)-rich phase). β phases are dispersively distributed in secondary dendrite, they will help to improve the abrasion resistance properties of materials. Adding Zn can reduce the melting temperature of the alloy and the second phase, the higher content of Zn, the greater tendency to reduce the melting temperature of the alloy, the solidification feature of Ag-Cu-Zn alloy is a typical of non-equilibrium solidification of Solid Solution |
