Palladium was recovered from spent alumina-supported catalyst by the process of selective leaching using hydrochloric acid with an oxidant. The optimized conditions of roasting, reduction, leaching processes were also investigated. The results showed that the palladium recovery ratio was over 98% in the optimum condition. |
