      用桑叶提取物制备钯纳米颗粒,考察了反应温度、反应物浓度对纳米颗粒形貌的影响。采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对反应产物进行了表征。结果表明,温度过低时较难生成钯纳米颗粒,适宜的温度(60℃)下可获得不发生团聚的钯纳米颗粒;反应物浓度对钯纳米颗粒形貌有较大影响,加入不同量的桑叶提取液可制备出类球形、三角形、凹陷的不规则形、棒状的钯纳米颗粒。

      Palladium nanoparticles were prepared using mulberry leaf extract. The effects of reaction temperature, reactant concentration on the morphology of nano particles were studied. The properties of products were characterized by XPS, SEM and FTIR. The results showed that it was impossible to get palladium nanoparticles at low temperature. However, palladium nanoparticles could be obtained with appropriate temperature of 60℃. Reactant concentration had great influence on the morphology of palladium nanoparticles. Adding different amounts of mulberry leaves extract, variable shapes of palladium nanoparticles were prepared, such as sphere, triangle and bar.
