      利用金相分析方法研究了连铸参数对AgCu4Ni0.5合金凝固组织的影响。研究表明,在溶液温度和连铸速度较低时,合金的固液界面温度梯度较小、凝固时间较长,有利于镍的聚集。提高溶液温度和加快连铸速度后,Cu、Ni的含量接近于名义成分,且Ni也均匀的分布于基体中,并得到成分均匀的铸坯。

      Using metallographic analysis method to study the influence of continuous casting parameters on AgCu4Ni0.5 alloy solidification structure. The result shows that when both the solution temperature and casting speed are low, the solid-liquid interface temperature gradient of alloy is comparatively low and the solidification time is comparatively long, which is beneficial to aggregate nickel. Increasing the solution temperature and speeding up the continuous casting speed, the content of Cu, Ni were close to the nominal composition and Ni evenly distributed in the matrix and obtained the uniform composition casting billet.
