英文摘要:
      The effects of different sintering temperatures and holding time on the adhesion force and square resistance of the silver film were studied through a series of experiments, and the morphology of the sintered silver film was observed by SEM. The results showed that the silver film sintered at 850℃ for 40 seconds has better properties after sintering. The adhesion force and square resistance of the silver film are 3.193 N and 4.16 mΩ/□, respectively.
