      采用连续铸造技术制备了Ag-28Cu合金棒材,用金相显微镜(OM)与扫描电镜(SEM)对其组织形貌进行了分析表征。结果表明,Ag-28Cu连铸合金的组织均为典型的三区结构:细等轴晶区、柱状晶区和中心的等轴晶区,在铸锭中还散落着形貌清晰、形态规整的白色枝晶。
英文摘要:
      The continuous casting technology was used to prepare the Ag-28Cu alloy bars, metallographic microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to characterize the microstructure of alloy. The results show that the microstructure of Ag-28Cu casting alloy are the typical structure of three zones: fine equiaxed crystal zone, columnar grain zone and center equiaxed crystal zone. In addition, there are some white dendrite in the ingot with clear morphology and regular morphological characters.
