| Oxygen sensors are used to monitor the air fuel ratio and to guarantee the exhaust emissions to be up to standard, platinum electrode is the core component of catalytic sensor. A platinum zirconium composite powder with a specific mass ratio is mixed with an organic binder, catalytic platinum electrode slurry was prepared by rolling three high mill, and apply it to the sensor to detect its electrical performance. The results show that the catalytic platinum electrode slurry meets the requirements of oxygen sensing devices and has good performance. |
