采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了新型Pd-Rh/AlCeZrOx 催化剂。利用N2 物理吸附、X 射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)、差热-热重分析(H2-TG)和氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)技术研究了不同焙烧温度条件下Pd-Rh/AlCeZrOx 催化剂的比表面积、物相结构、储氧量及氧化还原性能。结果表明,该催化剂热稳定性好,储氧量高。800℃焙烧4 h 后,其比表面积和储氧量分别为176.88 m2/g和743.67 μmol/g;1000℃焙烧4 h 后,贵金属颗粒小于10 nm。分别在模拟天然气(CNG)车尾气和汽油车尾气氛围下的整体式小样性能评价表明,该催化剂可用于CNG 车尾气的净化,其最佳空燃比(α)范围为0.978~1.025;也可用于汽油车尾气的净化,最佳空燃比α≈1。 |

Novel Pd-Rh/AlCeZrOx catalysts have been successfully fabricated by the sol-gel method. Their texture structure, crystal phase structure and redox ability were characterized by N2 physisorptiondesorption, XRD, HR-TEM, H2-TG and H2-TPR techniques. The results show that Pd-Rh/AlCeZrOx catalysts have high thermal stability and oxygen storage capacity (OSC). High surface area of 176.88 m2/g and OSC of 743.67 μmol/g were obtained for the catalyst calcined at 800℃ for 4 h. The particle size of precious metals is less than 10 nm when the Pd-Rh/AlCeZrOx catalyst was calcined at 1000°C for 4 h. In addtion, their catalytic activity and selectivity were tested in combined gas of stoichiometric-burn CNG vehcle and gasoline car. The results reveal that the Pd-Rh/AlCeZrOx catalysts can be used for purification of the exhaust gas of stoichiometric-burn CNG vehicle, and that the optimum air-fuel ratio is in the range of α=0.978 to 1.025 (α is expressed as excessive air coefficient). The catalysts can also be used for purificaton of the exhaust gas of gasoline car, and the optimum α is about 1. |
