铂银(Pt-Ag)合金是优良的贵金属力学材料,具有高的抗拉强度、低电阻率、高弹性以及良好的耐腐蚀性,铂银丝材、带材在航空航天等领域起到重要作用。由于铂银合金熔炼及后续加工困难,影响了材料组织及产品性能。通过非自耗真空电弧炉熔炼制备的铂银合金铸锭,有效改善铂银合金铸锭的组织及加工性能,可以避免成分偏析、比重偏析、气孔、银的严重挥发等问题。通过对铂银铸锭轧制工艺、拉丝工艺、退火工艺的研究分析,简化生产工艺,提高了丝材性能,可稳定、高效生产超细铂银丝材的制备工艺,丝材的最小直径可至0.02 mm。 |

Pt-Ag alloy is an excellent precious metal mechanical material of metal, due to its high tensile strength, low resistivity, high elasticity and good corrosion resistance, platinum silver wire and strip play an important role in aerospace and other fields. Due to the difficulty of melting and subsequent processing of Pt-Ag alloy, the micro-structure and properties of the material are affected. In this paper, Pt-Ag alloy ingot was successfully prepared by non-consumable vacuum arc furnace melting, which effectively improved the micro-structure and processing properties of Pt-Ag alloy ingot, this method avoids the problems of composition segregation, specific segregation, porosity and serious volatilization of silver. Through the research and analysis of Pt-Ag alloy ingot rolling process, wire drawing process and annealing process, the production process can be simplified and the properties of the filament can be improved. The preparation process of the ultra-fine Pt-Ag filament can be produced efficiently and the minimum diameter of the filament can reach 0.02 mm. |
