      在锍试金配料中加入0.2 g锑粉进行熔炼,由于锑的保护作用,试金扣经水浸泡粉化后用(1+1)盐酸分解时锇不损失。铂族硫化物滤渣加10 mg锑粉保护,用2 mL王水在240℃下密闭消解1.5 h可完全溶解,试液采用ICP-MS测定。方法对铂族元素(钌、铑、钯、锇、铱和铂)检出限在0.03~0.16 ng/g之间,相对标准偏差(RSDn=6)为3.9%~8.9%,国家标准物质测定值和认定值基本吻合,方法还可实现氧化镍源的提纯和循环使用。

      0.2 g antimony powder was mixes with nickel sulphide assaying ingredient, and the mixture was smelted. Due to the protection of antimony, the loss of Os did not occur during the decomposition with 1:1 HCl of the product which was obtained from water soaking and pulverization of the nickel-antimony sulphide button. After filtered, the platinum sulphide residue was mixed again with 10 mg antimony powder as the protective agent, and digested completely by 2 mL aqua regia at 240℃ for 1.5 h in a sealed reactor. Finally, six platinum group metals in the resulting solution were analyzed by ICP-MS. The detection limit was in the range of 0.03~0.16 ng/g, and the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) were between 3.9% and 8.9%. The analytical results were in good agreement with the certified value of geological reference materials. In addition, the purification and recycling of nickel oxide could be accomplished by using the analytical method established in this work.
