      丙烷脱氢失效铂基催化剂的种类主要以炭含量划分为低炭和高炭型,回收其中的铂,重点在于炭的脱除。生产和实验数据表明,低炭型丙烷脱氢催化剂在预处理500℃,处理时间4 h,酸比1:1.7,回收率达到98%;高炭型丙烷脱氢催化剂预处理900℃,通氧流量6~13 L/min,热处理时间6 h,6段动态热处理,直收率达到90%,有待进一步提高。
英文摘要:
      The main types of platinum based catalysts for propane dehydrogenation are classified into low carbon and high carbon types based on carbon content. The production and experimental data show that the recovery of low carbon propane dehydrogenation catalyst is 98% at 500℃ for 4 hours, acid ratio 1:1.7, and that of high carbon propane dehydrogenation catalyst at 900℃, oxygen flow rate 6~13 L/ min, heat treatment time 6 hours, 6-stage dynamic heat treatment, the direct yield is 90%, which needs to be further improved.
