高纯钯在电子行业等领域应用广泛,需求迫切。以氯化钯为原料,提出采用氯化铵沉淀-氨水配合联合工艺净化钯溶液,水合肼还原纯净钯溶液制备高纯钯。结果表明,固体氯化钯溶解后,在合适的条件下,该钯溶液经过氧化-氯化铵沉淀、氨水配合有效去除杂质元素,获得纯净二氯四氨合钯溶液,再经水合肼还原后,获得纯度99.999%高纯钯,其碳、氧、氮等杂质元素总含量小于355×10-6。 |

High purity palladium is widely used in electronics industry and other fields, and the demand is urgent. Using palladium chloride as raw material, the ammonium chloride precipitation-ammonia complex combination process was proposed to purify palladium solution, and subsequently the purified palladium solution was reduced by hydrazine hydrate for preparing high purity palladium. The results showed that the impurity elements in the palladium chloride solution dissolved under suitable conditions were effectively removed by oxidization-ammonium chloride precipitation and ammonia complex, resulting in a pure [Pd(NH3)4]Cl2 solution. After the solution was reduced by hydrazine hydrate, a 99.999% high-purity palladium was obtained, and the total content of C, O, N is less than 355×10-6. |
