      Silver in platinum-palladium concentrate obtained from the copper-rich solution of copper anode slime is mainly in the form of silver chloride, which can be removed by ammonia or sodium sulfite leaching agents. The diagrams of silver multiform complex with NH3, SO2- 3 ligands were drawn. The potential-pH diagram showed that the pH range of ammonia leaching was 7.7~13.5, and that sodium sulfite leaching should be carried out under neutral or alkaline conditions. The ammonia leaching rate of silver was 95.3%, and the tellurium leaching rate was 14.9%, and there were only trace amounts of leached platinum and palladium under the optimized experimental conditions. Using Na2SO3 as the leaching agent, the leaching rates of sliver and tellurium were 97.3% and 11.5% respectively, and gold, platinum and palladium were not leached. Sodium sulfite is more suitable as a leaching agent for removing silver from platinum palladium concentrates.
