| AgCuTi-based active brazing filler metal was an ideal brazing filler metal for connecting many metal ceramics and carbon materials, which solved many traditional brazing problems. This paper exemplified the grades and compositions of commonly used commercial AgCuTi, briefly analyzed the wettability of AgCuTi solder and the important factors affecting the wettability of AgCuTi, summarized the general preparation methods and technologies of AgCuTi active solder, and typical applications and research results of AgCuTi active solder connection. |
