      利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)研究了一种含镍18K金首饰在人工汗液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,浸泡实验后合金表面出现了点蚀,点蚀成分主要是铜镍的腐蚀产物;极化实验后合金表面有白色颗粒和腐蚀坑分布,经分析白色颗粒为银的氯化物。ICP-AES测定结果表明合金在腐蚀时,补口元素锌和镍优先腐蚀溶出,其次是铜。

      The corrosion behavior of a nickel-containing 18K gold jewelry in artificial sweat was studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results show that pitting corrosion occurs on the surface of the alloy after immersion test. The pitting component is mainly the corrosion product of copper and nickel. After the polarization experiment, some white particles and corrosion pits are distributed on the surface of the alloy. The white particles are analyzed as silver chloride. The ICP-AES analyzing results show that, in the joint elements, Zn and Ni were preferentially corroded and eluted, followed by the Cu element.
