      甘肃某金矿中金属矿物含量较少,以褐铁矿、黄铁矿为主,脉石矿物主要有石英、粘土矿物等。探索试验表明氰化浸出获得指标明显优于浮选、重选法。采用助浸剂可以提高金的氰化浸出率,其中混合助浸剂HZ可同时降低氰化钠用量,缩短浸出时间。采用优化工艺条件,在磨矿细度-74 μm占90%,石灰用量3000 g/t,矿浆浓度40%,混合助浸剂HZ用量为150 g/t,氰化钠用量200 g/t,搅拌时间6 h,金的浸出率为96.8%。

      The content of metallic minerals in a gold deposit in Gansu Province is small, mainly limonite and pyrite, and gangue minerals mainly include quartz and clay minerals. The experimental results showed that the cyanide leaching results were better than those of flotation and gravity separation. The leaching aid can improve the cyanide leaching rate of gold, and the mixed leaching aid HZ can reduce the dosage of sodium cyanide and shorten leaching time. Under the optimized process conditions, the grinding fineness of -74 μm accounted for 90%, lime dosage of 3000 g/t, pulp concentration of 40%, mixed leaching-aid HZ dosage of 150 g/t, sodium cyanide dosage of 200 g/t, stirring time of 6 h, the gold leaching rate is 96.8%.
