      自润滑合金兼备金属和固体润滑剂的优点,可以使材料的耐磨性能得到大幅度提升,因此具有广阔的应用前景。综述了粉末冶金法、激光熔覆法、热喷涂法以及磁控溅射法等自润滑材料的主要制备方法,并简单归纳金、银、铜、镍以及铝等自润滑材料研究现状,同时探讨了自润滑材料的润滑机理,可以为后续自润滑合金研究提供简单指导作用。

      Self-lubricating alloy has the advantages of metal and solid lubricant, which can greatly improve the wear resistance of the material, so it has broad application prospects. This article reviews the main preparation methods of self-lubricating materials such as powder metallurgy, laser cladding, thermal spraying, and magnetron sputtering, and briefly summarizes the research status about self-lubricating materials such as Au, Ag, Cu, Ni and Al. This article also discusses the lubrication mechanism of self-lubricating materials, which can provide simple guidance for subsequent research on self-lubricating alloys.
