The process to enrich palladium from the spent hydrogen peroxide catalysts were studied. The process of "roasting-leaching and palladium sulfide precipitation" is used to achieve high-efficiency enrichment of palladium, focusing on the dosage influence caused by sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time, hydrochloric acid concentration, and NaClO3 during leaching. The optimal process conditions for the enrichment of palladium were obtained. The results showed that the average enrichment ratio of palladium was 12.09, and the recovery rate of palladium was 99.55%. |
