      试验采用脉冲红外吸收法和热导检测法测定NiPt合金中的氧和氮含量。对TC-400氧氮分析仪的测定条件,样品的制备、清洗,称样量等进行了实验。试样氧的相对标准偏差(RSDn=11) 5.08%~9.56%,加标回收率95~107%;氮的含量小于0.001%,加标回收率为96%~105%。方法可满足生产分析的要求。

      The oxygen and nitrogen contents in NiPt alloy were determined by pulse infrared absorption method and thermal conductivity detection method. The determination conditions, sample preparation, cleaning and sample weight of TC-400 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer were tested. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n=11) of oxygen were 5.08%-9.56%, and the recoveries were 95-107%. The nitrogen content is less than 0.001%, and the recovery rate is 96%~105%. The method can meet the requirements of production analysis.
