      失效汽车尾气催化剂(TWC)在含贵金属的二次资源中占有重要地位,对其处理回收不但具有显著的经济价值,还具有重要环保意义。TWC中严重存在贵金属分布不均匀、含量低,难以精准检测的问题。贵金属的精准检测是TWC综合利用的前提条件。本文重点讨论了富集取样法和均匀取样法在TWC贵金属精准检测中的应用。此外,针对此类物料的特点提出了取样点数有高代表性的取样装置。取样后进行酸溶或微波消解溶样,再结合电感耦合等离子体光谱/质谱法(ICP-AES/MS)完成检测分析,是未来TWC中贵金属含量精准检测的发展方向。

      The expired automobile exhaust catalyst (TWC) plays an important role in the secondary resources containing precious metals. The treatment and recovery of TWC not only has significant economic value, but also has important environmental significance. There are serious problems in TWC, such as uneven distribution and low content of precious metals, which are difficult to accurately detect. Accurate detection of precious metals is a prerequisite for the comprehensive utilization of TWC. This paper focuses on the application of the enrichment sampling method and the uniform sampling method in the accurate detection of TWC precious metals. In addition, according to the characteristics of such materials, a sampling device with high representative sampling points is proposed. After sampling, acid dissolution or microwave digestion of samples, and then combined with ICP-AES/MS to complete the detection and analysis, is the future development direction of precision detection of TWC precious metals.
