      分别以不同pH值的草酸溶液为电解液,采用直流电源恒电压模式,在不同电压、氧化时间和温度下对AuAl2相合金进行阳极氧化处理,并对各样品的表面形貌进行观察分析,同时使用电化学工作站检测其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,合金的表面形成了氧化铝与少量的金,改善合金的耐腐蚀性能,得到最优工艺为:电解液为pH值为1的草酸溶液,电压为5 V,氧化时间为120 s,氧化温度为35 ℃。
英文摘要:
      With oxalic acid solution of different pH values as the electrolyte and in a constant voltage mode of DC power supply, the anodizing process of AuAl2 phase alloy was carried out under the conditions of different voltage, oxidation time and temperature. The surface morphology of each sample was observed and analyzed. At the same time, an electrochemical workstation was used to detect its corrosion resistance. The results show that the surface of the alloy is composed of alumina and a small amount of gold which contribute to an improvement of the corrosion resistance. The optimal process is as follows: the oxidation for 120 s at 35 ℃, with oxalic acid solution at pH 1, under the DC voltage of 5 V.
