      本文综述了电铸和3D打印在黄金饰品制备领域的研究进展。简述了电铸金工艺的技术原理和制备流程,分别介绍了酸性、中性和碱性三种有氰电铸类型以及无氰铸金的不同电铸液体系,着重阐述了柠檬酸盐、亚硫酸盐等多种微氰或无氰铸金的工艺配方和技术参数。分析了3D打印在黄金首饰间接成型中的应用现状和技术优势以及3D直接打印成型工艺在粉末原料、设备等方面的技术壁垒,展望了电铸和3D打印技术在黄金饰品加工领域的发展方向和市场前景。

      In this paper, research progress in the electroforming and 3D printing method for gold jewelry has been reviewed. The technical principle and preparative process involved in electroforming gold were briefly described. Electroforming gold is divided into two processes, cyanide and non-cyanide plating. For non-cyanide plating, a few different solution systems such as citrate and sulfite were introduced. 3D printing is a new method and can be applied to indirect molding in gold jewelry. Its application status and advantages in gold jewelry were analyzed, along with the technical barriers caused by the powder raw materials, equipment and other aspects in the 3D direct molding. Fianally, the development direction and market potential of electroforming and 3D printing technology in gold jewelry were prospected.
