Silver-based electrical contact materials, as an important material for electronic devices, are widely used in electrical contacts, conductive brushes, conductive rings, electrical commutators, potentiometers and other key components of electronic circuits, undertaking important uses such as electrical signal transmission, electrical signal control, current commutation, current cut-off and current shunting in electronic circuits, high speed rail and aerospace electrical control. This paper summarises the development history of AgCu and AgCuNi alloy electro-silver based electrical contact materials, the technical paths for continuous performance improvement, introduces the key technologies and current status of machine learning in the research and development of electrical contact materials, and outlooks the development trend of machine learning in the research and development of electrical contact materials. |
