      采用定向凝固技术制备了Ag-28Cu-xNi (x=0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0)系成分呈分布式的四种合金棒材,采用感应加热技术进行了连续热处理,采用扫描电镜和显微硬度仪研究了合金的显微组织结构和硬度。结果表明,定向凝固制备的Ag-28Cu合金的显微组织为竖直生长的柱状晶组织,Ag-28Cu-0.5Ni合金的显微组织为不同方向生长的树枝晶组织,Ag-28Cu-1Ni和Ag-28Cu-2Ni合金的显微组织为块状+花瓣状枝晶组织。

      Four kinds of alloy bars with distributed composition of Ag-28Cu-xNi (x= 0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0) were prepared by directional solidification technique. Induction heating technology was used to carry out continuous heat treatment. The microstructure and hardness of the alloy were studied by scanning electron microscope and microhardness meter. The results show that the microstructure of directionally solidified Ag-28Cu alloy is a vertically growing columnar crystal organisation, the microstructure of Ag-28Cu-0.5Ni alloy is a dendritic crystal organisation growing in different directions. The microstructure of Ag-28Cu-1Ni and Ag-28Cu-2Ni alloys is a massive + petal-like dendritic organisation.
