随着光伏电站的大力开发,白银的需求持续增长,同时,太阳能光伏板更新迭代加快伴随大量废弃光伏组件产生。废弃光伏组件中含有大量银、铝、硅等高价值组分,回收废弃光伏组件不仅可以减轻环境污染,还能对我国白银及铝、硅等资源形成补充再返回到光伏制造业,形成循环利用。本文通过对国内外相关文献进行分析,总结了各种物理预处理方法、化学分离提纯方法,对比了不同方法的回收效果,分析了现有技术的优势及存在问题,为今后从废弃光伏组件中回收银的发展提供参考和建议。 |

With the vigorous development of photovoltaic power plants, the demand for silver continues to grow, meanwhile, the iteration of solar photovoltaic panels is accelerating with a large number of waste photovoltaic modules. Waste photovoltaic modules contain a large number of silver, aluminum, silicon and other high-value components, recycling waste photovoltaic modules can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also supplement China's silver and aluminum, silicon and other resources and return to the photovoltaic manufacturing industry, the formation of recycling. Based on the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes various physical pretreatment methods and chemical separation and purification methods. The recovery effect of different methods is compared, and the advantages and problems of existing technologies are analyzed, so as to provide reference and suggestions for the development of silver recovery from waste photovoltaic modules in the future. |
