      进行了从失效铝基丙烷脱氢催化剂中回收铂的研究,采用火法熔炼铁捕集法实现铂的高效富集。重点研究了在熔炼温度为1400 ℃的条件下,熔炼时间、捕集剂(磁铁矿)用量、造渣剂(CaO、SiO2)用量、助熔剂(Na2CO3、硼砂)用量对铂回收率的影响。结果表明,在熔炼温度1400 ℃,熔炼时间4 h,加入质量为失效催化剂60%的磁铁矿、50%的CaO、35%的SiO2、30%的Na2CO3、60%硼砂的条件下,铂平均回收率为99.31%。

      The study was conducted on the recovery of platinum from failed aluminum based propane dehydrogenation catalysts, using the pyrometallurgical iron collection method to achieve efficient recovery of platinum. The focus was to study the effects on the platinum recovery rate against the melting time, amount of collector (magnetite), slag forming agent (CaO, SiO2), and flux (Na2CO3, borax) on melting temperature of 1400 ℃. The results showed that the average recovery rate of Pt is 99.31% under the smelting temperature of 1400 ℃, smelting period of 4 hours, and the ratio to spent catalyst is: magnetite 60%, CaO 50%, SiO2 35%, Na2CO3 30%, and 60%.
