      针对低锍火法吹炼工艺中有价金属元素挥发导致损失及产生烟气污染环境的不足,研究了硫酸铁-硫酸体系直接浸出低锍,对贵金属的富集倍数进行了研究,并对浸出的条件进行了条件优化。在硫酸铁浓度0.25 mol/L、硫酸浓度1.25 mol/L、80 ℃浸出2 h的最佳条件下,铁、镍浸出率分别为98.47%、97.06%。该工艺将低锍中的硫元素转化为硫酸盐和单质硫,避免了有害气体的产生,同时能够很好的将铜、贵金属与其他金属元素分离,为后续金属回收提供了基础。

      In view of the shortcomings of the loss of valuable metal elements due to volatilization and the generation of flue gas pollution to the environment in the low matte pyrometallurgical converting process, the direct leaching of low matte in the ferric sulfate-sulfuric acid system was studied. The enrichment multiple of precious metals was investigated, and the condition optimization experiments for leaching were conducted. Under the optimal experimental conditions of a ferric sulfate concentration of 0.25 mol/L, a sulfuric acid concentration of 1.25 mol/L, a leaching temperature of 80 °C, and a leaching time of 2 hours, the leaching rates of iron and nickel were 98.47% and 97.06%, respectively. This process converts the sulfur element in the low matte into sulfate and elemental sulfur, avoids the generation of harmful gases, and can well separate copper and precious metals from other metal elements, providing a basis for subsequent metal recovery.
