      研究了硫酸亚铁电位滴定法测定钛网剥离渣中铱含量,对试样的溶解方法及操作条件进行对比。结果表明,试样经过氧化钠融熔,盐酸酸化后处理成清亮的溶液,用盐酸-过氧化氢密闭加热处理转化后,可使铱价态统一为Ir(Ⅳ),,用溴酸钠去除钌,再用硫酸亚铁电位滴定法测定。方法的测定范围10%~70%,加标回收率98.42%~100.20%,精密度均在0.18%~0.22%之间,满足钛网剥离渣中铱含量测定的精密度和准确度要求。
英文摘要:
      The iron sulfate potentiometric titration method for the determination of iridium in titanium mesh stripping slag was studied, and the dissolution methods and operating conditions of the samples were compared. The results showed that the samples were melted with sodium oxide and acidified with hydrochloric acid to form a clear solution. The iridium could be unified into Ir(Ⅳ) after being heated with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The ruthenium was removed with sodium bromate and then determined by ferrous sulfate potentiometric titration. The range of the method was 10%~70%, the recoveries were 98.42%~100.20%, and the precision was 0.18%~0.22%, which met the requirements of precision and accuracy of the determination of iridium in the stripping slag of titanium mesh.
