对处理后的废渣进行定量分析,有利于后期的提炼回收。本文采用改进的小型硫镍试金法进行分离富集,过滤,高压消解后,采用ICP-AES进行测定。结果表明,试金配方中,加入适量铁粉,可以避免机械碎扣,减少交叉污染,缩短酸化时间。测定样品中微量(10~20 g/t)的铑和铱时,其回收率>97%;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)<1%,满足测定要求。 |

Quantitative analysis of the waste residue after treatment is beneficial to the later extraction and recovery. In this paper, an improved small sulfur nickel assay method was used for separation, enrichment, filtration, high pressure digestion, and determination by ICP-AES. The results show that adding proper amount of iron powder to the assay formula can avoid mechanical breakage, reduce cross contamination and shorten acidification time. The recovery rate of rhodium and iridium in the sample was >97% when the trace amount (10~20 g/t) was determined. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) was <1%, which met the determination requirements. |
