      在水溶液中,以阿拉伯树胶为保护剂,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(Dia)为结构导向剂,组氨酸(His)还原HAuCl4制备片状金粉。研究了用量(摩尔比)、温度、初始pH对金粉尺寸和形貌的影响。得到制备二维微米片状金粉的最佳条件:nHis:nAu=1:1,nDia:nAu=3:2,温度40 ℃,反应液初始pH=1.2,得到片径3~4 μm,厚度100~300 nm的六边形和三角形片状金粉。与国产LTCC生料带共烧,该片状金粉表现出优异的烧结匹配性和低电阻。

      Flake gold powders were synthesized in an aqueous solution by reducing HAuCl4 with histidine (His), using gum arabic as a protective agent and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC, Dia) as a structure-directing agent. The effects of dosage (molar ratio), temperature, and initial pH on the size and morphology of the gold powders were investigated. The optimal conditions for preparing two-dimensional micron-sized flake gold powders were determined as follows: nHis:nAu=1:1, nDia:nAu =3:2, temperature of 40 °C, and initial pH of the reaction solution is 1.2. The hexagonal and triangular flake gold powders with lateral dimensions of 3~4 μm and thicknesses of 100~300 nm were obtained. When co-fired with domestic LTCC green tape, the flake gold powder exhibited excellent sintering compatibility and low electrical resistance.
