火法熔炼富集可有效提高失效丙烷脱氢催化剂中铂回收率,降低熔炼渣中铂含量,无废水产生,是一种高效绿色的综合利用方法。本文开展了从失效丙烷脱氢催化剂火法熔炼富集铂研究,通过渣型选择,确定采用SiO2-Al2O3-CaO三元渣进行熔炼,选取Al2O3高配比40%进行研究。采用热力学分析方法,对Al2O3、Fe3O4、CaO、SiO2与C的反应进行计算,发现当熔炼温度过高时,SiO2易生成单质Si,与Fe形成硅铁(Fe-Si)合金,影响铂的精炼提纯,因此熔炼温度不应超过1941 K。条件实验结果表明:在Fe3O4添加量20%,还原剂过量20%,CaO/SiO2质量比为1.6,熔炼温度1823 K,熔炼时间90 min的条件下,铂回收率98.93%,方法具有较好应用前景。 |

The pyrometallurgical melting method can effectively improve the platinum recovery rate from spent propane dehydrogenation catalysts, reduce the platinum content in smelting slag, and produce no wastewater. Therefore, it is considered to be an efficient and green process. A study was conducted in this work on the enrichment of platinum through the pyrometallurgical melting of spent propane dehydrogenation catalysts. By optimizing the slag system and components, SiO2-Al2O3-CaO ternary slag with a high Al2O3 content of 40% was chosen for the smelting experiment. The reactions among Al2O3, Fe3O4, CaO, SiO2 and C were analyzed by using thermodynamic calculation methods. When the reaction temperature is relatively high, SiO2 is prone to dissociation, forming a ferrosilicon (Fe-Si) alloy, which will affect the refining and purification of platinum. Hence, the melting temperature should not exceed 1941K. Under the experimental conditions of adding 20% Fe3O4 and excess reducing agent of 20% and CaO/SiO2 mass ratio of 1.6 and when the melting process was carried out at 1823 K for 90 minutes, the recovery rate of platinum reached 98.93%. Therefore, this method can be applied to the recovery of platinum from spent propane dehydrogenation catalysts. |
