以含Cu、Fe、Pt、Pd、Rh的阳极泥浸出液为对象,采用二异戊基硫醚(S201)萃取分离浸出液中的Pd,研究了盐酸浓度、萃取剂浓度、相比(R=VO/VA)、萃取时间对萃取Pt、Pd的影响。得到的最佳萃取条件为0.1 mol/L HCl、0.3 mol/L S201、R=1、萃取时间20 min,该条件下采用三级萃取法,Pd、Pt、Rh的萃取率分别为99.99%,10.67%、0.1%。通过清水洗涤和氨水反萃,Cu(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ)等有机相中残留的水溶性离子基本洗脱下来,Pd的一级反萃率高达85.67%。并通过红外光谱和紫外光谱的研究分析,确定了其反应机理和萃合物的组成和结构。S201萃取具有选择性好,萃取率高的优势,能够高效地从含Pt/Pd/Rh和杂质溶液中选择性萃取Pd,实现Pd的绿色高效回收。 |

Pd was extracted and separated by using diisoamyl sulfide (S201) from the anode mud leaching solution containing Cu(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Pt, Pd and Rh(Ⅲ), and the effects of hydrochloric acid and extractant concentration on the extraction were studied. The appropriate extraction conditions were 0.1 mol/L HCl, 0.3 mol/L S201, an extraction ratio R(VO/VA) of 1:1 and extraction time of 20min. Under these conditions, the extraction rates of Pd, Pt and Rh were found to be 99.99%, 10.67% and 0.1%, respectively. The residual water-soluble ions in organic phases such as Cu(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ.) were basically eluted by washing with water and then stripping with ammonia. The primary reextraction rate of Pd was as high as 85.67%. Through the research and analysis of infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy, the reaction mechanism and the composition and structure of the extractants were determined. Extracting Pd with S201, as a green and efficient methd, has the advantages of good selectivity and high extraction rate, and can be applied to the solutions containing Pt/Pd/Rh and impurities. |
