      使用直径3 mm,长为10 mm的Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni和Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni-0.6Ce各一对;通过摩擦磨损试验对比两种合金在负载为8.3 N、转速为300 r/min、摩擦磨损时间为30 min的条件下,载流1、2、3、4 A对摩擦系数及磨损量的影响;在负载为8.3 N、转速为300 r/min、载流为3、4 A条件下,磨损时间30、60、120 min对Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni-0.6Ce合金摩擦系数及磨损量影响。通过电子扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察及能谱(EDS)分析,发现稀土Ce的添加使得合金组织细化,球化,均匀化更明显;通过摩擦磨损试验,发现稀土Ce的添加使合金磨损量及摩擦系数相对减小,耐磨性上升;载流为3 A时,Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni-0.6Ce合金耐磨性更好,摩擦磨损系数和磨损量更低。

      A pair of Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni and Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni-0.6Ce, both with a diameter of 3 mm and a length of 10 mm, were used. Friction and wear tests on two alloy samples were conducted under the conditions of a load of 8.3 N, a rotation speed of 300 r/min, and a friction and wear time of 30 min with a loaded current of 1 A, 2 A, 3 A, and 4 A. For Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni-0.6Ce, the wear time was extended to 60 and 120 min under a loaded content of 3 A and 4 A. Electron scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation and energy spectroscopy analysis (EDS) showed the addition of rare earth Ce improved the organization refinement, spheroidization and homogenization of Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni. The friction and wear tests revealed Ce addition reduced the wear rate and friction coefficient of the alloy, leading to a better wear resistance. The best wear resistance was achieved at a loaded content of 3 A.
