汽车污染控制是我国节能减排战略核心,催化净化是实现内燃机清洁排放的重要途径。全球最严的中国第六阶段排放法规已对后处理系统提出了巨大挑战。一维(1D)仿真模拟是极为重要的辅助技术,可满足对尾气催化技术快速开发需求。本文从一维催化模型基本原理出发,首先总结了一维催化反应方程的建立及其数值描述方法,并重点综述了该技术在辅助后处理系统设计、催化剂研发、匹配标定及在线诊断等方面的应用研究进展。在此基础上,针对我国现状提出了仿真模拟未来重点发展前景及研究方向,以更好地应对我国未来排放法规及汽车技术升级需求。 |

As vehicle pollution control is a core of the emission reduction strategy in China, the catalytic purification needs to be further attended. China's sixth stage regulations, as the most stringent ones in the world, pose a great challenge to the post-processing system. One-dimensional (1D) catalytic simulation is an important auxiliary technology used for innovating and developing catalytic system matching. Starting from the basic principles and development of one-dimensional catalytic model, this article focuses on the establishment of one-dimensional catalytic reaction equation and its numerical description, particularly the development of noble metal and NH3-SCR catalysis models. On this basis, the application scenarios in system design, catalyst optimization, matching and calibration, and online diagnosis are introduced. It is pointed out that future model should be based on new catalysts and new combustion engine. |
